Joining Stoke D'Abernon CC

Stoke’s unique selling points:
• independent, local single sport club
• we do not pay overseas players
• we don't want to merge or be absorbed into a bigger or multi-sport club

• Players joining Stoke will find a friendly atmosphere and a competitive standard of senior cricket, a lot of young talent coming through, and a very pleasant ground.

• We also want players to enjoy their cricket and feel part of a successful local club - that inspired Bob Willis 40 years ago.

• We have rapidly expanded at youth level now with 10 age group teams from under 9-u17 including girls teams.

• Our colts structure recognised at Surrey level as a Focus Club

• Improving standard of senior cricket - 1st XI promoted to Division 1 for 2008, (following 2nd XI's promotion the previous season.)
• Under 21 squad in Surrey Trust League playing the County's top clubs
